In addition, as the Co-Founder of Pattashree, he actively promotes Odisha’s rich art, handicrafts, and handloom traditions by empowering artisans and weavers through sustainable livelihood opportunities. He is also associated with a manufacturing unit that produces animal feed, adding a practical entrepreneurship dimension to his diverse professional journey. His work reflects a rare blend of grassroots involvement and strategic thinking.

As a speaker, moderator, and mentor, Adarsh regularly engages with students, entrepreneurs, corporates, and policymakers on themes such as CSR, sustainability, education reform, social entrepreneurship and ethical leadership.
